Dance-Rite Ballroom Rhythm Dances - Rumba, Mambo, & Cha-Cha Ballroom Dance Instruction When you are ready to move to the music, these rhythm dance lessons that teach you the Rumba, Mambo, & Cha Cha are for you. Register for our rhythm ballroom dance lessons today. Burn calories while burning up the dance floor. In the Dance-Rite syllabus program, you'll learn three ballroom Latin dances as you explore the movements of each dance, including how to hold your partner. You'll learn proper technique for leading and following. You'll develop your rhythm and timing with Cuban motion, as we teach you a choreographed routine for each dance.
Four 1-hour group dance lessons are $39/person and $69/couple and teach you the Rumba, Mambo, and Cha-Cha. Plus there is a free online dance instruction syllabus available or you may purchase a CD instruction manual with music from the instructor for $15.

DVIDA Bronze Metal Syllabus Program Full Bronze American Smooth Dances - Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, and Viennese Waltz Ballroom Dance Instruction Attitude Dance's Bronze Metal Syllabus Program teaches the DVIDA Bronze levels for four Ballroom Smooth Dances ...Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, and Viennese Waltz. In these Ballroom Dance Lessons, you will learn 15 basic figures for each dance (10 figures for the Viennese Waltz). You will learn the basic figures of each dance, and how to recognize the music. Learn how to hold your partner. Learn proper technique for leading and following, and develop your rhythm and timing. And we will teach you a choreographed routine for each ballroom dance taught. There are four levels in each dance and certifications are available at the completion of each metal level. Attitude Dance Studios has six dance school locations in the Minneapolis St Paul area. Burn the floor brings you exciting dance lessons for club and ballroom dances. Each dance step and movement will be presented to you with techniques for the featured dances of the Bolero, Cha Cha Cha, Country Two Step, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Hustle, Mambo, Merengue, Nightclub Two Step, Rumba, Salsa , Samba, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Waltz, and West Coast Swing to the excitement, energy, and passion of infectious rhythms. These dance lessons blend club and ballroom dances and will take you to a new height of skill – a skill that burns the floor. Dances are taught by Attitude Dance Studios’ dance instructors. You choose your favorite dances to learn in three 1-hour dance lessons for three weeks.
